Most fears/phobias stem from a past negative experience that remains ‘stuck’ in the subconscious part of the sufferer’s mind causing them to experience the same fear/panic response whenever they are facing the same or similar event. The list of phobias is endless as are the debilitating feelings of fear and anxiety they can create. Sometimes the fear is so strong it can lead to irrational panic, feelings of helplessness and avoidant behaviours.
During our sessions, I will use a combination of solution-focused techniques and hypnosis to communicate with your subconscious mind to over-ride your long-held phobia template so that in the future you can react in the way that you want to in any given situation leaving you feeling empowered, confident and in control. A one-off appointment lasting between 60 and 120 minutes that could help you to successfully quit smoking for good! During your appointment, I will help you to consider all the reasons why you want to kick the habit and stop smoking. We will also explore the negative impact smoking has had on your life ( and possibly your health) and all the benefits of finally being nicotine-free. The hypnosis part of the session will allow you the opportunity to relax whilst I communicate with your subconscious to reinforce everything we discussed during your session. This will help to increase your self-confidence and belief in your own ability to achieve the wonderful goal of being a non-smoker.
